Our Team/Facilitators
Our circle community is designed to grow and expand organically and without too much organizational structure or leadership. Loghan’s vision from the beginning was to have a community and structure that cultivates and inspires men to step forward and support the growth and expansion of the community.
That being said, leadership and structure certainly still has it’s place. One of our agreements that we have is that there is always at least two facilitators in the room at all times. We are deeply committed to ensuring that our circles maintain our agreements, structure and support.
The men below are tasked with exactly that. In addition to maintaining community, tending to support & relationships in between circles and continuing to build our offerings and community.
We are always welcoming and open to men stepping into leadership, community building and supporting our community. If you are interested, please reach out via the contact form.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be of service. As a child, my aspirations ranged from being a firefighter, police officer, or military member, to entering politics.
Throughout college and into my career, I was deeply idealistic, committed to community building, and passionate about challenging systems. I often found myself caught between my true calling and the societal pressures of "what I should do."
This led me through three diverse careers: media & journalism, the culinary arts, and product development (non-alcoholic spirits).
It wasn’t until 2020 that a true "dark night of the soul" journey begin, which gave me the courage to fully step into my purpose and align my life around service. I made the decision to stop living for anyone else and to dive wholeheartedly into my soul’s work. Trust me, wasn’t as easy as that sentence.
Today, I am deeply committed to listening to both my inner guidance and spirit. I thrive in spaces where we can be seen, heard & loved, where community is being built and inner transformation is happening, and I’m passionate about creating supported, ritual spaces where we can release old patterns, heal, and integrate the masculine and feminine within.
I have big dreams for the future, visions of transforming communities, fostering deeper connections, and shifting how we engage with one another. But for now I’m hosting men’s circles, providing one on one support for men, cultivating understanding between men and women and continuing my journey in culinary while weaving a deeper connection to the land, our communities and those who have come before us and will after us.
I am a fierce advocate for the transformation and healing of men through the integration of the masculine and feminine within and through building a community of men who are willing to show up for themselves, other men, their inner personal relationships and community with integrity, accountability, ownership and responsibility.
Founder & FacilitatorDave Lesinski
In 2002, the age of 24, I was was perceiving the stress of life to be so intense that I was having at least one panic attack a month. The most significant attack happened as I was walking to work one day. What felt like a black cloud suddenly began hovering above me, raining down fear, worry, and anxiety. I remained in a “triggered”, stressful state for months until I finally had enough. I made two choices to get better.
First, I walked into my doctor’s office and told him that despite any potential side effects I would take any pill that made me feel better. Second, I walked into my first yoga class. After fumbling through the postures for 55 minutes, I laid down, in the final resting posture, called shavasana. As I closed my eyes I felt my body tingling. I felt like I was paying close attention to what was happening right then and there for the first time in my life. Luckily, that little slice of presence, while laying on that yoga mat, was enough to open my eyes to another way. The way of inner self discovery and self-realization. I immediately replaced medication with meditation.
Ever since I’ve been on a self development quest. Over the next 23 years I participated in anything I could get my hands on that would build my awareness and/or highlight the inner-stress still getting in my way. This landed me in retreats studying yoga, on stages participating in improv and jungles meditating with shamans. I studied and became a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, reiki practitioner, meditation teacher and Vedic astrologist.
My most significant experience was in 2018 when I attended my first men’s circle led by the Sacred Sons. I was so touched by the power, care, acceptance and “realness” of what was happening amongst the men, that I attended 3 of their weekend retreats and finally landed in their facilitator training.
I am passionate about supporting men in discovering and traversing through ,their own unique path of self development and discovery. I believe it’s an opportune time for men to come together, in truth and acceptance, to better understand ourselves as away to add to the great change happening in the world today. I look forward to meeting you and growing along with you. Feel free to contact me at any time to discuss men’s work or any other of my experiences. dvlesinski@gmail.com
FacilitatorCircle Elder & FacilitatorJeremy Meyering
Born in 1970, Jeremy has been and done too many things to list. He has always found joy in spending time outside, reading, learning new skills, and experiencing new things. In March of 2022 Jeremy left his last corporate job where he managed an industrial recycling plant. This came after years of realizing he was tired of living a life dictated by convention and the soul crushing regularity of a life traded for some notion security.
Nothing has gone as planned since that decision. In navigating each new challenge, Joy, or hardship, Jeremy has found the life of adventure he always dreamed of. He now finds soul filling satisfaction by cultivating a deepening relationship with himself. That is made richer by entering into meaningful relationships with the people who have come into his life and bless his journey in ways he never could have planned. His greatest joy is serving something greater than all of us and living each day not knowing what tomorrow holds.
Jeremy joined the Men’s circle community early in its inception here in Traverse City. He was shocked at the level of depth and honesty he witnessed in those early circles. There was a level of connection and willingness to grow that he had never witnessed before. Men of all ages willing to take responsibility, look deep into their own lives and stories to take account of what they needed to do in order to become the men they desired to be. No coercion, no lip service to a creed or political party, only support, honesty, emotion and a commitment to look deep at the parts of themselves that needed to be challenged, strengthened or changed.
This was exactly the kind of community that Jeremy never knew he was looking for. He has often said, “I feel like I did the first 53 years of my life alone, that changed when I found this community. I don’t feel alone a more.”
In the stories, struggles and successes of each man in Circle, Jeremy hears the work he has done and will continue to do as he continues his journey of becoming. Men walking along side other men as we each find our paths has been a life changing experience.

“The act of consciousness is central; otherwise we are overrun by the complexes. The hero in each of us is required to answer the call of individuation. We must turn away from the cacaphony of the outerworld to hear the inner voice. When we can dare to live its promptings, then we achieve personhood. We may become strangers to those who thought they knew us, but at least we are no longer strangers to ourselves.”
